Gabriel ventured on his own to form his own trading company in Shanghai 2002 manufacturing fashion accessories and exporting to customers in the US at the age of 25. He learned the ups and downs in the business of customer service, eye for good quality, and the importance of details.


Pearl Jewelry

During this period, Gabriel had already been involved with pearl jewelry design. Pearl prices began to drop in Asia in the early 00's and quality improved at a much faster rate, and made pearls more affordable, for the first time in history! He started to sell pearls to his friends and the demand grew bigger.

An Artist

Gabriel is also a well known Artist in Mainland China, and thanks to his mentor, Chen Yifei,China's most famous and successful artist/designer/businessman the "Visual-Entreprenuer". Chen Yifei helped open doors for Gabriel when they first met in Shanghai back in 1999. Gabriel took the opportunity to learn about Design, Art, and Running a Business.

Gabriel Munguia is originally from San Diego, California and received his B.A. in Minnesota. He speaks fluenlty in Spanish and Mandarin. He studied and lived in Asia for over 9 years and through out the E.U. as well.
